Susanne is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker with 24+
years’ experience assisting clients in residential, commercial and land
transactions in Ulster, Orange, Sullivan, Westchester and Putnam Counties. She
currently serves as Conservation Planner for the NYC Water Supply in the Croton
System advising farmers on development of agricultural whole farm plans and
conservation practices.
Susanne
served for seven years as a member of the Town of Rochester Planning Board and
Historic Preservation Commission. She
has worked as a land-use planner for Sullivan County and the Town of
Poughkeepsie on municipal planning, zoning and SEQRA regulations.
Susanne
works energetically in the best interests of her clients and treats all parties
honestly, fairly and with respect. She
is committed to thoughtful, complete and effective collaboration with her
clients and works closely with clients, attorneys, contractors and public
officials to complete the requirements for real estate transactions.
